We offer nationwide delivery at a flat rate of R99, or free delivery on orders over R2,000. For international delivery, please email us at hello@pootuit.co.za and we’ll gladly help you arrange it.
Five Year Warranty
We believe in the durability of our products and in minimising waste. We offer a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Send it back to us and we’ll repair or replace it. If it has been damaged through normal wear and tear, we’ll always try to repair it for a fair fee rather than see it go to waste.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your pootuit. If it’s not quite right, you can return it in its original condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund.
